Sallie trained as a Professional Dancer at the London Studio Centre and, from there, she had an extensive career in theatre and television.
Sallie is now a much sought after Director and Choreographer working on both the Professional and the Amateur circuits.

Theatre Credits include THE LAST FIVE YEARS, THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK, CRAZY FOR YOU, THE FULL MONTY, AIDA, OUR HOUSE, THE PRODUCERS, WEST SIDE STORY, COMPANY, CHESS, SINGING IN THE RAIN, SUMMER HOLIDAY, THE HOT MIKADO just to name a few!!
Sallie Directs for the prestigious ROSS Theatre Summer School and many Amateur Companies in and around Essex including CAODS with whom she has directed the NODA East award winning Sister Act and Legally Blonde and currently All Shook Up.
Sallie Directed Cats for Young Gen in 2015. The show won 2 NODA awards: Best Youth Production for District 8 NODA East and the NODA East Shield for Best Overall Production. She has also directed Young Gen in Oliver! (November 2016) and currently Our House which will be on at the Civic Theatre in November 2017.
