Chelmsford Young Gen is run by a committee of volunteers. Many joined as parents of acting members in order to help out, some were once members themselves and wanted to continue their association with the society in adult life, others have joined because theatre is their passion. All are welcome at Young Gen and we can never have enough helpers!
All of our Committee and adult helpers hold a current CRB Certificate and many are also licensed chaperones.
